At Ananda One, each sacred geometry light sculpture is designed and 3D printed with care to bring harmony, beauty, and illumination into your space. We want every piece to arrive in perfect condition and bring lasting inspiration to your surroundings.

Return within 14 Days

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your light sculpture within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and securely packaged in its original or equivalent protective packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure it arrives safely.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

**Custom or personalized pieces are final sale and not eligible for return.

Damaged Item on Arrival

If your light sculpture arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will review your photos and details to assess the issue.

Depending on the damage, we will either send you a full replacement light or provide the necessary replacement parts if the damage is minor and easily repairable.

12‑Month Warranty

Your light sculpture is covered by a one-year quality assurance period. If your light stops working during this time due to a material or manufacturing defect, we will replace the sculpture once it has been shipped back to us.

Please note that normal wear, accidental damage, or modifications are not covered by this policy.
